Refund policy

We want you to love your gear! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.  Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.  Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.  To start a return, email us at support@vibeletics.net with your order number and reason for return.
